Confluence

Import spaces from Confluence and chat with them. Worclaude keeps its own searchable copy, refreshed on a schedule you choose.

What you will be asked for

  • Confluence URL
  • Atlassian account email
  • API tokenSecret
  • Spaces
  • Include archived pages

Where to find these

Worclaude reads Confluence as you — it can only see spaces your own account can already open. Nothing is copied out until you run the first sync.

1. Base URL

The part of the address before /wiki. Open any page in Confluence and copy it out of the browser bar:

arduino
https://your-company.atlassian.net

Do not include /wiki, a space key, or a trailing slash.

2. Email

The address you sign in to Atlassian with. If you use Google to sign in, it is the Google address — not a username.

3. API token

Atlassian calls these API tokens; they replace your password for scripts and integrations, and you can revoke one without changing your password.

  1. Go to id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/security/api-tokens (or: your avatar, top right → Manage accountSecurityCreate and manage API tokens).
  2. Click Create API token.
  3. Label it Worclaude so you recognise it later, and pick an expiry.
  4. Copy the token now — Atlassian shows it once and never again.

If you land on a page asking for a scoped token, either kind works. Scoped tokens need read:confluence-content.all and read:confluence-space.summary.

4. Space keys

The short uppercase code in a space's URL — /wiki/spaces/**ENG**/overview means the key is ENG. List several separated by commas, or leave it blank to index every space you can see.

Starting narrow is worth it: one space syncs in minutes, and you can widen it afterwards without re-indexing what you already have.
