Terms
The deal, in short.
Ordinary terms for a working tool, written by the person who built it rather than by a legal department. Nothing here is a surprise, and it is short enough to read.

Who you are agreeing with
Worclaude team, who built Worclaude and runs it. There is no company behind it yet. If that changes, this page changes with it and you will hear about it before it takes effect.
What you may do
Use Worclaude for your own work and your company's work. Connect systems you are allowed to connect. Invite colleagues. Share chats and sources with whoever should have them.
What you may not do
Connect a system you have no right to read. Try to reach another person's chats, sources or credentials. Break the service on purpose, resell it as your own, or use it to do something illegal.
Your account is yours to look after
Keep your password to yourself and tell us quickly if you think somebody else has it. What happens under your account is treated as done by you.
Your data stays yours
Your chats, your documents and your credentials belong to you. We claim nothing over them and we use them only to run the service for you. You can take them out or delete them whenever you want.
Models and their bills
When you bring your own key, your questions go to that provider under your account and you pay them directly. Their terms and their prices are between you and them. The figures we show you are our best estimate and not an invoice.
Answers need your judgement
Worclaude reads your systems and writes an answer. It can still be wrong, and it can miss something. For anything that matters, check the query and the sources it shows you. Do not treat an answer as legal, medical or financial advice.
What we promise, and what we do not
We work hard to keep the service up and your data safe, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong that affects you. We cannot promise it will never be unavailable, and we are not liable for what you or your team decide on the strength of an answer.
Ending it
You can stop using Worclaude and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is breaking these terms, and we will say why. If we ever have to change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.
